Cary, is the fastest growing city in North Carolina and the 8th fastest growing city in the nation, according to the latest Census figures. People are streaming into the area so fast that the Wake County school system opened seven brand new schools this year to accommodate the record growth.
Young families are drawn to Cary for it's excellent schools and for its recognition as one of the top 10 safest cities in the county. Retirees are drawn to the area for its affordable housing market and low property taxes
