St Marlo Offers Excellent Deals on Executive Homes and Golf View Homes

With an average price of right over $1 Million, St Marlo certainly plays the part of executive golf club home living.  However, when you dig a bit deeper you will find that over 20% of the 100 or so homes for sale are Foreclosures, Bank owned or short sales.  While the neighbors may not like that, that means opportunity to the savvy executive looking for a deal on a great golf home.

St Marlo is a wonderful gated luxury home community. One drive up to the gate will tell you what you are in store for.  While you wait in the long line of lexus, bmw, and Mercedes waiting for the gate guard, you'll notice the exsquisite detail in all the home. 

There are still many new home opportunities in St Marlo with custom builders building spec homes for those relocating to Duluth, GA. 

The real draw is the golf course, at least for me.  Voted as a top 3 course in Atlanta and a top 10 new golf course by Golf Digest Magazine, it plays every bit as majestic as the homes.

Which brings me back to my original point.  St Marlo's average price of a home may be $1 Million, but there are several great deals under $600K in St Marlo Golf and Country Club that are ripe for the picking.

Several of the homes have awful photos or are in older parts of St Marlo, so it's worthwhile to have a knowledgeable Real Estate agent (*wink, wink*). 

It's hard to find a better deal on executive homes in such a nice community that features 9 lighted tennis courts, a championship level golf course, club house, and all the amenities, you'd expect from a truly exclusive community.
