John Wieland's Reunion is having a huge sale in effort to all buyers to take full advantage of the new housing bill.  Reunion offers Golf Course living in a "village" setting.  The architecture takes you back with large living areas and smaller bedrooms for family lifestyle.   Most buyers either love it or hate it, but most love it. 

What's not to love with the awesome amenities including Golf, Clubhouse with Workout facility, resturaunt, parks and it's close to shopping and I-85.

In the middle of the would-be down market, there seems to be an anomally on the radar.  Way out here in Braselton, the homes for sale are moving slower than most.  Partly because it's almost an hour from Atlanta and partly because most of the real estate activity is from new builders who have halted construction of inventory homes.

Just down the road from the hottest selling neighborhood in Atlanta (Village at Deaton Creek) lies the famous and sometime infamous Chateau Elan. 

Chateau Elan is a relatively massive neighborhood but not so large that it would warrant these kind of great numbers.

Braselton & Hoschton are poised to simply explode in terms of growth.  With the states most popular community (Village at Deaton Creek), a luxury resort (Chateau Elan) and community  and a brand new hospital, these towns are on the edge of something large. Add to that distribution plants in Jefferson, revitalization of Winder and the ever increasing spillover from Gwinnett County and Braselton & Hoschton are going to be household names in Metro Atlanta.

So why mention these cities together?

Well they are entertwined in history and in location. Not to mention that they both reside in up to 4 counties.  That alone causes the head to scratch.
