Is it a real estate agents or brokers responsiblity, whether moraly or fiduciary,  to inform clients that have homes or properties listed for short sales or that the agent knows foreclosure is a possibility, that there are other options besides selling the home? Granted, selling homes is how we earn our paychecks, but are all agents or all brokers explaining in full the options to their clients? Are there brokers and agents that try to increase their odds of selling homes by taking any and all listings that come across their desks, not taking the time to explain the state of the market or exploring other options with their clients in fear that they will lose a listing? Do those same brokers and agents realize that by helping their client in other ways…
