Pflugerville Real Estate

Pflugerville real estate is expanding dramatically with regards to new shopping and entertainment options in the area.  Stone Hill Town Center, which will open as early as Spring 2008, will bring lots of new options, including:

• Home Depot
• Office Depot
• Super Target
• T.J. Maxx
• Ross
• J.C. Penney
• Best Buy
• Dick's Sporting Goods

Additionally, there are at least two banks planned, along with a new Cinemark Movie Theater.  Restaurants already leasing space include Chili's, Chick Filet, and Taco Cabana.

All in all, Stone Hill brings over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space to Pflugerville. 

Near the Wal-Mart that was recently opened on Highway 685, there is another strip center going in that will include Starbucks, Baskin & Robbins, Gamestop, and more.
