Last time I've told you that it is not only real estate I'm interested in. I love to play golf and hike. I'm also a keen baseball fan. As you can see, sport is important for me. That's one of the reasons for one of the latest additions to my website. Vancouver is one of the most important cities and major economic centres in the world today. The population of its metropolitan area reached 2,187,721 last year, and all signs point toward continuing rapid growth. A couple of days ago I published a piece on the history of Vancouver. There, I offer a brief but extraordinary look into how this city evolved, with snippets of some major historical milestones.

I live in Richmond and can often be found taking long walks with our dog Oksana near the dyke. Here is a picture of Oksana playing with my daughter Kathryn. She is in Russia in the Golden Ring.
