Right now the opinion of the media and most consumers is  that there are "homes listed on every street". The truth is that we do have more Long Beach real estate available than we have had in years, however, it may not be as extreme as many think. We have just over 1,700 homes and condos available for our fair city, but we are a city of over 500,000 people. Compare this number with inventory levels of over 4,000 properties available in the early 1990's and you realize we just don't have many great properties to look at.
