Grande Dunes Sales Update for the Month of September - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Here is an update for Grande Dunes active listings, pending sales, and sales during September 2007.  This information was gathered using the Myrtle Beach MLS.

Single Family Homes

There are currently 106 active single family homes on the market in Grande Dunes.  That number is up from 100 homes on the market last month.  In addition to those 106 active on the market, there are two pending sales.  Active homes range in price from $659,900 to $5,900,000, with an average of just over $1,750,000.  There were no new sales in September. 

Condos

There are 72 condo units on the market, which is three less than last month.  There are no sales pending.  The active condos range in price from $319,000 to $2,750,000 and an average of $897,138.  There were no sales in September.

Land

There are 45 active lots on the market, which is four less than August.  There are no lot sales pending.   The active listings range from $2,750,000 to $335,000.  There was one closing on 1593 Malaga Circle which is in the Palermo section of Grande Dunes.  The sales price was $300,000.
