Grande Dunes Sales Update - August
Here is an update on current Grande Dunes active listings, pending sales, and sales during 2007. This information was gathered using the Myrtle Beach MLS.
Single Family Homes
There are currently 100 active single family homes on the market in Grande Dunes. There are also two pending sales. They range in price from $5,900,000 to $659,900 with an average of just over $1,700,000. There have been six sales this year. The average sales price has been $1,493,300 with a low of $759,900 and a high of $2,900,000.
Condos
There are 75 on the market and zero pending. The active condos range from $2,995,000 to $319,900 and an average of $897,138. There have been six sales ranging from $1,850,000 to $315,000 with an average of just over $1,000,000.
