It Must Be Winter

While here in the Grand Strand we continue to enjoy mild temperatures and sunny days well into December, I can always tell when it starts getting cold up north.  The number of calls and emails I receive from people inquiring about Myrtle Beach Real Estate triples!   Just last week I was contacted by people from Maryland, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
