There are currently 60 active single family homes on the market in The Farm at Carolina Forest.  In addition to those 60 active on the market, there are 39 pending sales.  Active homes range in price from $174,900 to $415,000 with an average of $259,774.  There were two sales in December:

     1. 2341 Windmill Way - $178,000 – 3Bed/2Bath – 1200 Htd. Sq. Ft. – Lakefront Lot
     2. 354 Carolina Farms Blvd. - $225,000 - 4Bed/2.5Bath
   
Townhomes (The Orchards)

There are 14 townhomes on the market.  There are four sales pending.  The active townhomes range in price from $155,000 to $209,900 with an average of $180,735.  There was one sale in December:

      1.     893 Barn Owl Court – $130,000 – 2Bed/2.5Bath – 1300 Htd. Sq. Ft.

Condos (Sunrise Villas)

There are five active condos on the market and another three pending sales. The active listings range from $159,000 to $225,000.  There were no closings in December.
