Commercial Development In Carolina Forest
Residents in neighborhoods on the International Drive side of Carolina Forest are finally getting some retail shops and restaurants! Forest Crossing is an upscale retail center located at the intersection of Carolina Forest Boulevard and River Oaks Drive. The development is going to add convenience to the already long list of perks of living on this side of Carolina Forest. Residents of The Farm at Carolina Forest, Belle Grove, and all the communities located along River Oaks Drive are all going to welcome the commercial development. Currently the closest commercial developments are either over the Intracoastal Waterway or all the way down Carolina Forest Boulevard an Highway 501.

- There are currently 65 active single family homes on the market in The Farm at Carolina Forest. In addition to those 65 active on the market, there are 42 pending sales. Active homes range in price from $174,900 to $424,000 with an average of $264,285. There were four sales in November:

Myrtle Beach Commercial Real Estate & The Hard Rock Theme Park
Myrtle Beach commercial real estate is thriving near the site of the Hard Rock Theme Park. The latest project will be developed on the existing Waccamaw Factory Shoppes site. Polar Investments Ltd. recently purchased the 52 acre site and is planning a $300 million complex to include a hotel, homes, retail shops, and a recreation area.
Another retail center has been proposed for the property across from the park’s entrance. The centers’ developers are planning 34,000 square feet of retail space, restaurants, a convenience store, and a time share office.
