I'm not sure if its because we are located in the Midwest or some other reason but our real estate seems to increase at a steady pace year after year.
If you have never been to Branson you are missing out on the best kept secret in the Midwest. Some have called our little city "The Aspen of the Midwest". There are tons of activities for the whole family with live shows, three beautiful lakes, and family theme parks.

I think the market in many of the smaller Missouri real estate markets is doing well. They did not have the huge surge in real estate price that many of the big cities experienced. The market in Cape Girardeau Missouri is also doing OK.
