Is Now the Time to Buy Real Estate in Branson, Missouri???
Posted Mar 10, 2008 @ 3:23 pm, Viewed by 408 Visitors, Read 416 Times.It is no secret that most people are un-sure if they should be buying Branson real estate right now. Most people see the national news and the stock market and immediately have doubts about Branson real estate holding its value.
The reality is, interest rates are still very good and the supply of buildable lots & land in Branson is dwindling down. Branson also has major infrastructure growth taking place right now. The new Branson Regional Airport, which is 100% funded, will be completed in a year. The new Wal-Mart Supercenter, Best Buy, Petco, & Bed Bath and Beyond are nearing completion on the north side of Branson. I think it is the best time to buy Branson real estate. Branson real estate has seen an average appreciation rate of 9% per year over the last several years. With all of the commercial growth we are seeing, the past appreciation trends, and the number of people wanting to live in Branson how could residential values not continue to increase in the future...
