Average sell price for homes and condos with 4 bedrooms in the Tri-lakes area = $249,742
Average sell price for homes and condos with 3 bedrooms in the Tri-Lakes area = $157,651
Average sell price for homes and condos with 2 bedrooms in the Tri-Lakes area = $108,769
The majority of homes sold have had three bedrooms.
