Custom real estate search engine

 i tried to do the whole google approach to searching for properties internally, well, am in the process, i have it string search biased at the moment, so it wont do specific searches like "2 bedroom house etc", but it will happily pick up any content and weigh it accordingly, instead of being url and header focussed. The custom search engine is in php, i am re designing it at some point to be totally in sql since i think it might be a more logical aproach to grab data accurately from the database

here is a preview of the search template i have build so far, i am adding in some general specifications soon, and some water marks etc.
