Many of my customers are surprised to learn that yes, I do work weekends and some holidays. 

Why?

Home buyers and sellers are typically at work during the day.  They have very little time during the week to look at or discuss Panama City real estate purchases.  The time they typically do have to view real estate purchases in Panama City and the Beach area is evenings after work. 

As the days grow shorter, some properties may be difficult to view during early evening hours for various reasons: perhaps the property is empty and there is no electricity for lights or the property has tenants and so on.

As a customer service, I make myself available at the hours convenient to my customers.

Since I've been getting so many investor and builder inquiries lately in regards to the Panama City Beach Real Estate Market, I've added a Market Summary section to my website.

They are available in pdf format for download or inline viewing (if you have the browser plugin).

With the news of the International Airport and New Audubon Center spreading like wildfire, it seemed prudent and another added benefit for my visitors.

I received a phone call from a woman in Georgia today, explaining that she and her husband were ready to purchase property in Panama City Florida for their retirement.

Of course I told her I'd be happy to help, when during the conversation, she explained to me how she's been visiting my website for over a year!

She's been coming to my website and watching my growth, reading my articles and following the progress of Panama City, Florida through my eyes and insights.

That really made my day!

She particularly liked the fact that she could stay on my website, read the articles and search for homes without registering and could contact me when she was ready.

Well she's ready, and I'm there for her.

I'm feeling great today!

Jessie and I have this personal celebration every time we get a listing or make a sale...

We have Sushi for dinner!

We regularly visit a local restaurant called Miro's.  They have all the great foods you'd expect to find in a quality Japanese restaurant: Sushi, tempura, a hibachi grill, mmmm good!

My favorite is the Rainbow roll and Jessie loves the Shrimp Tempura Roll!  We both really enjoy the Grouper Tempura roll and always add it to our order!

Typically, we'll get our order to go and when we get home, set up a Japanese style eating arrangement around the T.V and sushi out! 

Many times, if we're celebrating with customers on their purchase we'll take them with us.  We've yet to have a customer who enjoys sushi not enjoy our favorite place.

I've done 6 open houses in as many weeks, and the buyers have been out and looking!

The Panama City Florida Real Estate market while not what it was 2 years ago, is alive and well.

Sellers, I am currently working with buyers in the market for:

• Rental Units - Multi-units (duplexes thru quads), Attached Sngle Family units etc.
• Detached Single Family Homes - I have several out of state families interested in relocating to the Panama City, Florida area.  Homes with 3+ bedrooms are being sold and I am looking for a few in: Callaway, Lynn Haven and Panama City Beach.
• Condos - Condo buyers, are looking for opportunities to buy on the beach.  I have buyers looking for either waterfront or off the water units for vacation and 2nd homes.

The "Groundbreaking" ceremony of the New Panama City Florida International Airport today was very possibly the greatest day in the history of Panama City Florida, depending of course on your personal view of the airport.

For me, it was an opportunity to be associated with a new begining.

There will no doubt be many many articles in the media over the next several days, so I'll omit some of the political references and move right to the event.

The event saw attendees from all over Bay county. From Attorney's and politicians to Business leaders and Pilots and of course myself and other local real estate agents.

It was promising to see the turn out at an event so many worked so hard to complete.
