Panama City Fl Real Estate - Market Update

Let me explain...
Yesterday, I was posting my updated Real Estate Market Information for the month of October in Panama City Florida and I noticed some good news!
The Condominium market made significant gains last month in Bay County:

| Average Price | 11.55% | $327,711 | $365,556 |
| Median Price: | 21.82% | $275,000 | $335,000 |
| Average DOM: | -45.64% | 149 | 81 |
Even though the average price of a condo went up by 11.55%, the time it took to sell the condo units dropped significantly to 45.64% (149 days on Market in September, to 81 days on market in October).
That certainly says something about the Panama City Florida Real Estate market.
