As your REALTOR®, how can I help you?

As a real estate agent, I am in business for myself.  My business does well, when you my customer are satisfied. 

So, how can I help you?

If you are a buyer, I can help you by asking questions.  For Example:

• Are you currently working with another Real Estate Agent?

  If not, thank you for contacting me. I'll be working for you. If so, thank you for calling and good luck. As a REALTOR®, my code of ethics forbids working with a customer already working with another agent.

• Have you spoken with a lender about financing?

  If not, I can recommend a few for you to call. If so, have them contact me so I know how much property you are qualified to purchase.

• What area are you most interested in living and why?

  Do you like the school system? Is the area close to work?

• What type of property are you interested in purchasing?

  Do you prefer planned communities? Do you like ranch style or two story homes?

• What amenities are a must have for you and/or your family?

  How many bedrooms and baths? Do you require a large kitchen or large dining area?  How about a large back yard?

• What amenities would be nice to have?

  Would a pool be of interest? Extra storage sheds in the yard?

Without asking you a few basic questions, I am unable to provide you the service you deserve in making what may well be the most expensive purchase of your life.

What can you do for me?

• Ask me questions. 

  Lots of them.

• Answer my questions as honestly as you can.

    I won't judge or ridicule you. I am here to help and guide you.

• If you like or dislike something about a property I show you, tell me.

    It helps me to target the homes that have the features and amenities you prefer.

• If you're satisfied with the service I provide, tell your friends and family about me.

  If not, tell me, so I can do better.

As your real estate agent, I will show you as many homes as needed to assist you in making an informed purchasing decision. 

I will guide and advise you through every phase of the buying process.  I am only able to help you, when you help me. 

Together, we will find the right home, at the right price for you and your family.
