I'm feeling great today! Here's why...

Of course I told her I'd be happy to help, when during the conversation, she explained to me how she's been visiting my website for over a year!
She's been coming to my website and watching my growth, reading my articles and following the progress of Panama City, Florida through my eyes and insights.
That really made my day!
She particularly liked the fact that she could stay on my website, read the articles and search for homes without registering and could contact me when she was ready.
Well she's ready, and I'm there for her.
I'm feeling great today!

That is great! I have had the same thing happen a number of times. Providing a resource that keeps people on your site is the goal, second to conversion. Continue to add valuable information to your site and it will only get better, but I'm sure you already know that. :>)
Good job Jennifer! I gotta tell you though, the stars must be right today. I just got a call from a client under almost the exact same circumstances. Been hanging out on my website, from St. Louis (my hometown), will be here on Monday and wants to purchase a new condominium before he leaves next weekend. Looks like as the cold weather starts settling in up north, things are going to start heating up here in Florida.
