Your guide to Cumming, Dawsonville, & Alpharetta Real Estate

For out-of-state home buyers, the Atlanta Real Estate market can be difficult to navigate sometimes.  There are thousands of Realtor websites, some that make sense, some that don't.  We believe that the only way to sell houses is to allow the consumer to view properties in complete detail.

The Cumming Real Estate market benefits from it's beautiful terrain, great centralized location, and it's abundance of luxury communities.  Cumming homes sales have been steady, despite the national real estate downturn.  Home values have declined no where near national market levels and in some cases, actually rose.  Having a large state-wide tourist attraction with Lake Lanier surely helps.

The Alpharetta Real Estate market has also continued slow growth in the tough times.  Although home sales are off from 2006, they still have been strong nationally.  With some of the best shopping and recreational facilities in the Atlanta area, Alpharetta is always going to be a sought after place to live.

The Dawsonville Real Estate market has received the highest growth percentage of these three cities.  With lower taxes and country settings, it has been a destination for retirees as of late.  New neighborhoods have been sprouting up over 2007, many with affordable pricing between 150s-250s.
