Woodstock real estate

The city of Woodstock, Georgia is a special place.  A historic down town square, with unique boutiques, quaint restaurants, quiet streets, and plenty to do on a Sunday afternoon.  The seasonal parades are a fun thing to do with the kids, and the Charity runs and walks are always a fun part of the city.  The construction of "Downtown" Woodstock has slightly stalled with Hedge wood Homes filing for bankruptcy, but that does not mean the show won't go on.  The city has been working to finish the project and improve the city to where it needs to be.

Woodstock has benefited through the years with a diverse real estate market.  Two parts of Woodstock real estate would have to be the beautiful subdivisions and the luxury town homes.  Both Locale Atlantans and out of state relos usually have no problem finding the perfect Woodstock homes.

The neighborhoods in Woodstock or Subdivisions is what we like to call them consist of anywhere between 50-1000 homes and usually include a Swim/Tennis facility, playground, community center, and sometimes more.  They are usually amenity rich and provide a lot of family fun.  Two car garages and quarter to half acre lots are most common, but if you are looking for more, chance are Woodstock will have it. 

Woodstock GA real estate also contains some very nice town home communities.  If maintenance free, low stress living is what you are looking for, than a Woodstock town home or condo might be right up your alley.  They usually include some or all of the amenities the Subdivisions include, and also are great for families.
