Old Port Cove Sales

Old Port Cove is a nice development in North Palm Beach Florida.  There are 1053 units in 6 separate subdivisions. There have been seven units sold in April. 

Click on RMLS RES Customer w/Agent Info to look at those specific sales. There are 127 listed for sale in Old Port Cove as of today. That is about an 18 month supply at today’s pace of sales. That is down from about a little over a 24 month supply a year ago. 

The number of units on the market is down a little more than 10% overall from last year. Sales have not increased markedly, but interest has picked up dramatically in the last 3 to 4 weeks. It appears that buyers are finally realizing that there are some very good bargains available and interest rates are low by historic standards. If we are not at the bottom of the cycle, we are very close and the difference will be small and the exact bottom is not meaningful. Now is a very good time to buy real estate to live in, rent out or fix up and re-sell.
