Jupiter Oceanfront Condos for Sale

I want to thank all my customers that visit my websites in search of that Jupiter condo or home but continue to see the misinformation that my customers are receiving from the news. I had a customer call me last week saying he has done all his homework and was looking for an oceanfront condo in Jupiter for under $200,000. Curious I asked him where he found this information regarding buying a condo on the ocean for under $200,000. He emailed a  wall street journal article with the heading saying "Bring cash to Florida, giving condos away". Of course how can anyone believe Jim McLane over the wall street journal. Needless to say I told him what a condo on the ocean was here and how limited our inventory was. Of course he did not believe me so I sent him the recent sales and active listings and he said " the $500,000 asking prices are just asking and they are selling for half, right"  Wrong again. This is not the first misinformed person reading this information and it is quite difficult to overcome this mentality. I'm sure they go on to the next realtor until they hear  sure we can get you a condo for that price.  They group all of Florida into one market and don't realize the nature of markets being local in nature. Until we get the news media to report the news correctly and accurately we will continue to fight these falacies.
