There is one resort that's on every buyers mind: Splash Condominiums. Today, I'd like to show you around one of Splash's newest listings.

Located in the west tower, this unit in Splash is a west facing three bedroom end-unit with a private balcony off each room. One reason why buyers enjoy three bedroom condos in Panama City Beach is because most are "lock-outs." Unsure about the term?
