This has been a busy week. We just sold a 4 bedroom home in Osoyoos. And a lovely house on about 10 acres out in Grand Forks. Drop by our website to find out more about these recent sales.

We JUST SOLD this 3 bedroom rancher with a full basement on a half acre lot, in the semi-arid desert town of Midway. Sold at $150,000

When you list with us we make sure we post immediately of sales in the area so that Realtors, buyers and future listing clients kind find out about market trends. 

Not even out on MLS.ca yet ... JUST LISTED this riverside cabin on a small acreage in Carmi, barely an hour south of Kelowna. Price: $375,000.

So I took some free time this weekend and enjoyed my main hobby ... I teach and compete in european swordplay - historical fencing to be exact. Rapier Duelling. This is a photo of me at one of the highest tournaments possible on the west coast this past year. I placed 7th.

Anyhow it's always good to get some time away and get refocused on personal time and work. Today it was kind of rainy ... but spring is coming so that's expected. I showed rural land today, and Diane showed a cabin on the river and a home in Osoyoos. I think we're both going to get offers in a few days. Plus I'm now working on a new multi-million dollar listing we're getting, good development property coming up and a bunch of other local listings are all coming around in the next week…

Today we are going out to look at a parcel of land with house that we're going to be listing north of Westbridge.

Plus talking to some past clients about listing more vacant land, our market really needs vacant land right now as I've got offers on most of the large parcels out there.

And hopefully with enough time also seeing a past client about listing their house.

Later I've got to go see my printer about a new marketing program we're bringing. And we're relisting a farm as well.

Plus we've got to put in the two listings we did the other day, one in Rock Creek and one in Grand Forks. Wow busy day.

We just listed a house in Rock Creek yesterday for under $200,000. Today I'll be out in the area taking the photos of the home. Want to know about the house before it hits MLS.ca then give me a shout.

Later I'll be updating our property board at Me & Mom's Cafe. There been lots of new listings and recent sales for the area. Stop in and check the board out.
