The SAR Time2Buy campaign was launched to help educate consumers about the current opportunities in the Sarasota real estate market.  The SAR strongly believes that it has not infringed on any trademark and will continue to use the slogo in their campaign.

The Sarasota real estate market has been showing signs of life. After months of little activity, prospective buyers are starting to come back into the market to take advantage of the buyer's market. A number of factors have led to the improvement:

• Many sellers are motivated and have adjusted asking prices accordingly
• We are in the middle of the "season." Many snow birds are out looking for deals.
• Mortgage interest rates are still at historically low levels.
• A very good selection of inventory.  Buyer's can get exactly what they want at an attractive price.
