In its ultimate wisdom the California state legislature enacted a law in 1979 and strengthened in 2003 that can lead to heavy fines of Realtors representing "investors".  This law has been off the radar as home prices have been rising and everybody has been making money.  But now that rates are rising and property values have been dropping, angry homeowners are getting stung.  And they may be passing on their frustration to unsuspecting Realtors.  This law has put Realtors directly in the cross hairs and can lead to hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages. 

If the following conditions exist, proceed with extreme caution (or run the other way)

Last night I was looking at adding pizazz to my e blogger account.  I found this new free service by Picaza in partnership with Google.  It is a bloggerbot that formats and posts photos to your blog.
