November Sales were Slightly Lower then the Previous Month but still strong for the season. Lower Inventories and quicker sales are very optimistic sign for the Real Estate Market in 2010.

Median Selling Price: $370,000

(Last Month: $382,500 Last Year: $350,000)

The Drastic Drop in the average selling price is a result in a lack of higher priced homes selling. However strong sales in affordable housing has continued.
