Number of Single Family Homes Sold: 16 (Last Month: 20 Last Year: 13) Average Selling Price: $368,500 (Last Month: $426,837 Last Year: $365,232) Median Selling Price: $370,000 (Last Month: $382,500 Last Year: $350,000) The Drastic Drop in the average selling price is a result in a lack of higher priced homes selling. However strong sales in affordable housing has continued.
