Hi Jay, I took a little hiatus from REW blog life and didn't see your comment - sorry! Now I understand your cryptic Twitter message! I'll have to see if I've inadvertently unchecked the "notify me" box in my blog settings. Anyway, not much to be jealous about anymore, eh? I see that you didn't waste any time and now you've got all the short sale, foreclosure and REO snippets any LEC2 lovin' man could ever want, right? Good for you! So, I'm going to turn the tables a bit here. Here's what I'm jealous about: 1.) your blog traffic - WOW and 2.) your Altos Research graphs (didn't know anybody but Drew Hartenov had those!).
