365 Things To Do In Madison, Wisconsin

After leaving Madison, Wisconsin as a teenager and spending 20+ years overseas, I found I didn't know my hometown very well when I returned 6.5 years ago to start a real estate business. Showing properties on a regular basis has certainly enabled me to get to know the various Madison neighborhoods and subdivisions, however life as a single Mom and real estate broker hasn't left me much free time to explore the city which has grown and changed tremendously since the 1960's. So last weekend I decided to put together a list of all the wonderful things there are to do in the capitol city of Madison Wisconsin and launch a new Facebook Fan Page called 365 Things To Do In Madison, Wisconsin in an effort to gain greater clarity. I am not the first Realtor to compile such a list. There are several other "365" pages out there, some of which have been incredibly successful. If I can keep my nose to the grindstone and post on a regular basis, I hope to have an impressive and useful list for people to enjoy. So far (it's been only 2.5 days, mind you!) I've got 52 fans. It's going to be a lot of work to keep up the list and promote it but I'm looking forward to the conversations and community-building that comes out of the process.
