Southern Utah mountain real estate near Cedar City

Buyers have good attitudes and interest is picking up for specialty properties in this area. Foreclosures and subprime problems seen around the country are not widespread among recreational property in this area and that tends to have the potential of keeping the second home values strong. There is only a limited amount of beautiful Southern Utah mountain property.
