Cedar City real estate

Over the last few weeks the Cedar City real estate market has seen a number of good listings go under contract. In the current market situation, there is a nice selection on great priced homes and buyers are starting to get on board. Cedar City Utah has great potential for small businesses as does the St. George area. Combined with all the recreational opportunities and mountain real estate and this area is in better shape than many other parts of the nation.  Interest rates are decent and many buyers who are waiting for rates or real estate prices to go down further may miss out on some great opportunities in the Southern Utah real estate markets.
