Cedar City Real Estate and mountain property in Southern Utah is picking up again and buyers are taking advantage of a good inventory. This area is not only great for outdoor enthusiasts but also a great area to retire. The mountains here are home to large elk and mule deer, pronghorn antelope, many varieties of trout, eagles, bears, lions, and great real estate opportunities. I have been busy as ever. I see all this negative media about real estate but in my markets I am still as busy as I was a couple years ago. I have many in escrow right now and people are making appointments for this summer. If you have been thinking about buying property in this area come up now and take advantage of the selection. There aren't really that many on the market and as they say the early bird catches the worm. When many residential markets crashed we just started going steady instead of up. Don't wait until the market starts the upward cycle again.
