Sales in the Cedar City Real Estate market picking up

Sales are increasing in the Cedar City Real Estate market and the surrounding areas. The Southern Utah mountains are still experiencing growth and there is a good selection for buyers to choose from. The real estate market here is in better shape than many around the nation and this is a great place to retire. If you are looking to get out of the heat and crowds of Las Vegas, Salt Lake, or Southern California this is the place. Cedar City is in close proximity to the mountains but there are some great listings in the Brian Head Ski area, Duck Creek, and Panguitch Lake recreational real estate markets.
