Get an edge on the market

Many agents out there are using yesterdays technologies and buyers and sellers are looking for cutting edge agents to push their best interests, especially in todays market. I incorporated streaming movies, podcasts, and other technologies into my tools and since I have had great response from both buyers and sellers. Very few agents use these technologies because they think it is too hard or they don't know how to do it themselves and the overhead to hire people is too much. Many of the techies out there that agents hire do not understand how to properly incorporate these formats either.  To stay ahead of the competition agents of today must be ahead of the technology that is running the marketing of this industry. Blogs are nice to have but have no real benefit to your marketing. Many blogging sites (including this one) do not allow agents to promote themselves only articles and buyers and sellers want easy access to listings and as much information in as many formats as possible not just articles. If you want an edge on the market, you need to learn these how to use these tools.  If you dont adapt you may die like the dinosaurs.
