I found out an interesting bit of news yesterday... While my townhouse community of Brighton Green is FHA approved, meaning you can buy a home with 3.5% down, it turns out it is also VA approved. That means veterans and others looking to purchase a home using a VA loan can purchase in Brighton Green with no problem.
