FHA/VA Approved Condo Community In Orange County

I found out an interesting bit of news yesterday... While my townhouse community of Brighton Green is FHA approved, meaning you can buy a home with 3.5% down, it turns out it is also VA approved. That means veterans and others looking to purchase a home using a VA loan can purchase in Brighton Green with no problem. In fact, it's the only new home condominium community in all of Orange County to offer FHA/VA approval.
