The absolute first thing you will notice as you drive into Wildflowers at Wallkill is the gate in front of the community. Beyond the flowers and tree lined entry, the main entry to the community will be gated for added privacy and security. Notable features of Wildflowers at Wallkill include a community clubhouse with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bocce and tennis courts and an arts & crafts studio. Homes in this community range in size from 1,540 sq.ft. to 2,382 sq.ft. and are priced from the low to mid $300s. Presently the community is planned as a condominium development, although all models are single family, detached in style, granting homeowners the condominium tax benefit and maintenance of many common areas.

Warwick Grove is a T.N.D. active adult community in the Village of Warwick. T.N.D. stands for Traditional Neighborhood Design which is a design philosophy based on moving homes closer and returning neighborhoods to their original glory; both socially and physically. With a neighborhood center that features a gathering hall and library, many parks and sitting areas throughout the community and a scenic backdrop Warwick Grove makes it easy to meet new neighbors. The two clubhouses offer different amenities that were designed to accommodate the needs of their respective residents.
