Yes ... that's right ... we just launched another daily video blog site at IntownDailyForeclosures.com. Similar in scope to our sister site at IntownDailyHomes.com, but this time around we're focusing our efforts on bringing daily Atlanta Foreclosure information (with our usual expert interpretation, of course). Why Atlanta Foreclosures? Because half way through 2010 nearly 40% of the total Atlanta real estate market is in some form of distress (foreclosure, short sale, loan modification, beh... Forecasts show a "Perfect Storm" brewing for buyers and sellers real estate in the Atlanta Real Estate market over the next few months. $8000 in free government money, easier financing, low interest rates and even lower prices are all signs pointing to now being the time to jump off that fence and step into action. Even with all the positive signs for now being a good time to buy or sell, the massive surge in Atlanta Foreclosures doesn't bode well for stabilizing home prices. The good new for... Read Full Post

Beauty provoketh thieves sooner than gold -William Shakespeare I can't take all the credit...afterall, it was Morgan and the crew at REW that created a website so beautiful that agents (and their web "designers") throw ethics aside and right click, copy and paste their way to a website of their own. With the recent downturn in the economy my competitors are looking for new and creative ways to reduce costs and manage expenses. And some agents have turned to some pretty unscrupulous acts to sa... I recently wrote this post on my Atlanta Real Estate blog on why now just might be the time to "get your greed on". Who doesn't want to be the next Warren Buffet? Read Full Post
It's A Numbers Game It's true. Real Estate is a numbers game. Come to think of it, almost every single activity I perform as a real estate agent can be explained mathmatically. From the work I do to marketing my services to the public to the work I do for my clients in helping them negotiate the best possible outcome on the sales price of their homes - it's all about numbers. And in these numbers I've found some very powerful distinctions that can help folks who are trying to sell their homes... Read Full Post

I current... Read Full Post
Today was the annual Winter Wine Tasting in Oakhurst Village Square. Over 750 people from all over Intown Atlanta stumbled through Oakhurst between 4pm and 7pm spilling wine and having a great time as each of the 18 store fronts opened their doors to the thirsty participants. Here at RealSource Brokers, we poured two types of wine...one a Rose and the other a Chardonay. It was a great time and by the time we were through pouring we had finished off two cases of wine and made a ton of great fr... Read Full Post
