Here's the brutal truth about the real estate market in the Metro Atlanta area: There are fourteen (14) homes for sale for every one (1) motivated, qualified buyer.

For the past 3 Days I attendended the "Listing Intensive" real estate sales training course hosted by Tom Ferry and SSI in sunny San Diego.  The event was awesome and gave me the chance to network and share business building ideas with some of the Top real estate agents in  the country.   From live role plays (listing presentations, objection handling) to discussions on health and well being -- the event was packed full of powerful ideas to implement into my business in the weeks ahead.

Today was the annual Winter Wine Tasting in Oakhurst Village Square.  Over 750 people from all over Intown Atlanta stumbled through Oakhurst between 4pm and 7pm spilling wine and having a great time as each of the 18 store fronts opened their doors to the thirsty participants.  Here at RealSource Brokers, we poured two types of wine...one a Rose  and the other a Chardonay.  It was a great time and by the time we were through pouring we had finished off two cases of wine and made a ton of great friends who won't remember our names in the morning.
