Get Your Greed On

I recently wrote this post on my Atlanta Real Estate blog on why now just might be the time to "get your greed on".  Let's face it - with the stock market down nearly 40% so far this year and real estate prices (in some market areas) down about the same - there is a ton of money to be made in the next 5 to 7 years.
