I can't take all the credit...afterall, it was Morgan and the crew at REW that created a website so beautiful that agents (and their web "designers") throw ethics aside and right click, copy and paste their way to a website of their own.

With the recent downturn in the economy my competitors are looking for new and creative ways to reduce costs and manage expenses.  And some agents have turned to some pretty unscrupulous acts to save a buck.
