Forecasts show a "Perfect Storm" brewing for buyers and sellers real estate in the Atlanta Real Estate market over the next few months.
$8000 in free government money, easier financing, low interest rates and even lower prices are all signs pointing to now being the time to jump off that fence and step into action.
Even with all the positive signs for now being a good time to buy or sell, the massive surge in Atlanta Foreclosures doesn't bode well for stabilizing home prices. The good new for sellers: the market is always talking ... you just have to listen to what it's telling you and we're sharing how.
