New REALTOR® Team Member James Herter

I would like to introduce my new team member, my husband James Herter. He couldn't have gotten his license at a better time. I have just had major surgery and James held the team together and was able to continue doing business while helping me recuperate.

James worked many years with Vee See Construction, which is based in Oak Lawn. He was an estimator and job supervisor for commercial construction. His construction background gives him a head start on residential real estate.

James is also an accomplished musician and currently plays in a 60's British invasion band called The New Invaders. He plays guitar, keyboards, flute, sax and harmonica and also sings. His alias is Rockin' Jimmy and although he grew up in Oak Lawn, IL, he spent about 20 years in California playing his music in several different bands. He was in the tour band for Nicolette Larson.

Between the two of us, we are both highly computer literate and I look forward to pushing things up a notch with James on board, both with our website and marketing materials. This is a perfect time to have our new team up and running for 2011.

We live in the Orland Park, Homer Glen area and our plan is to focus mainly on these two villages. We do work in the southwest suburbs so don't hesitate to call us no matter where you are thinking of buying or selling.
