MGM CityCenter Las Vegas Promises To Redefine The Las Vegas Strip

With the media hyping the doom and gloom in Las Vegas real estate - explain to me how it is that the big players keep pouring millions and billions into property along the Las Vegas strip?
Culminating a three-year search for the best Las Vegas has to offer, leading destination club Exclusive Resorts today announced that it will develop and own 30 luxury condominiums at MGM MIRAGE's highly anticipated preconstruction high rise condo-hotel Vdara at CityCenter on the Las Vegas Strip. Vdara Las Vegas Condo Hotel, one of the $7.4 billion project's four residential towers, is set to open in late 2009. It islocated near another amazing & visionary preconstruction hotel-condo, The Cosmpolitan Resort.
