I'll Save You From Foreclosure

Sounds good doesn't it?  Sorry but  it IS too good to be true--from me or anyone.  Many people in my small town have been solicited by companies offering to save them foreclosure.  Please just walk away from these solicitations! 

If you are facing foreclosure, there are a number of resources to turn to.  Your first stop should be your lender to see what your options are.  Sometimes there are a lot of options, sometimes there aren't.  It all depends how deep you are into the process, who your lender is and what the market it doing in your area.

I know its hard for homeowners to look for help with financial matters this serious, but there is assistance out there.  You are not alone, and there is no judgement.  Just look for someone you trust to help you--and its not those people who offer to buy your homes and take your debt!
