Website Released

I believe a website is extremely important in todays market especially for someone who is new to the game such as myself. I am relatively new to website design/marketing and know from what I read it is something that you must stay on top of. The Saskatoon real estate market is growing at an incredible rate and it's critical to be sure that people can find you easily. I am determined to learn as much as I can about web marketing and use this to my advantage. I would appreciate any feedback people would like to give on the site as I will always look for ways to improve my site. Thanks for any feedback!

Kari, did you do the design etc yourself? It is quite clean. Indy, being Canadian, we do not really have IDX the same way the US does - in the majority of areas, Canadian Realtors have to use either their broker site, or link out to MLS.ca in order to showcase inventory that is not their own. There are of course exceptions such as Vancouver and Calgary, I am not sure if Saskatoon is one of them - but worth looking into for sure.
