The Village Of Wellington just shut down their approval of Mische's Stadium Jumping proposal because the approval is only favoring one party- Stadium Jumping! Laurie Cohen decided to bring this up and to delay the vote stating it was only benefiting Stadium Jumping. The Village did approve to move it to vote at the rehearing on August 20th.
There are landowners who are concerned about what this will do to their property values because of new restrictions it will place on horse arenas. The new ordinance would require the landowners already living in this section of Wellington to have to go before the Village and plead their case for building their horse arenas instead of simply applying for a permit which now is the case. This gives the Village the power…
