Well it certainly feels like winter in Breckenridge this week!  Very cold, but should be fantastic skiing this weekend!  I hope everyone's new year is off to a great start.  Ours sure is at Kelli Sells!  We absolutely love Summit County- such a gorgeous part of Colorado no matter the time of year.  And we love helping people find homes here, whether for permanent residence or just a vacation home to use for family getaways.  Homes here also make great investments as many people who own vacation homes in "Colorado's Playground" use them as rentals.  You can make great money and also showcase your home should you ever be interested in selling!
