Carrollton is a Hot Market right now!  With interest rates still low and expected rate increases, buyers and flocking to the North Dallas Area ready to take advantage of the low $/sq. ft on homes Carrollton and surrounding areas offer.  Carrollton is also experiencing a rapid growth in the New Construction Market.  Buyers are able to access price points in new townhomes/homes/condos that aren't availble in other ares of DFW.  The number one problem I'm confronted with as a buyer agent is there is not enough inventory on pre owned homes.  I have many buyers actively searching for homes but are limited on options.  I would encourage anyone who is thinking of selling in the Carrollton Real Estate Market to contact a local Carrollton realtor yesterday if they…
