North Carolina Foreclosures going up!

Foreclosures are going up in North Carolina, just like they have all over the country. It is a a cycle we will have to work thru. As a Realtor we need to be educate ourselves on the "short sale" now more than ever! Here is a Video report from the Triangle Business Journal!

Charlotte is a city of North Carolina and 19th largest city in the United State. It is largest city between Baltimore and Jacksonville in 2006. The population of Charlotte is approximately 630,478.

Banks began foreclosure proceedings against 56 percent more North Carolina homeowners last month compared with a year ago, according to a new report.Owners of one out of every 1,086 homes across the state received foreclosure notices in March as falling housing prices made it more difficult for borrowers to refinance mortgages, said RealtyTrac, a national online
marketplace for foreclosure properties.
